A hotel of this caliber should have better maintenance of fitness equipment!!! Also, the plumbing issues, especially the lack of hot water, really detracted from my comfort during my stay!!!

Elegant room, excellent location, with complete amenities including complimentary breakfast boxes to go and access to a beautiful spa area, making it a perfect spot for exploring just 5 minutes from the nearest metro station.

This hotel provides a breathtaking experience with its impeccable location atop the Spanish Steps. The rooms are elegantly decorated, and the staff truly goes above and beyond. I indulged in delicious breakfasts and enjoyed stunning views from the rooftop terrace. A few minor hiccups marred the experience, but the luxurious ambiance more than compensated for them.

Just an optimal selection for a quick weekend visit in Rome with fantastic value for money. My husband enjoyed a cigar on the balcony while we sipped cocktails, which was a nice touch. Make sure to check out the rooftop restaurant for stunning views.

Our stay at the Hassler was unforgettable! We loved the stunning rooftop bar views, especially during sunset. The concierge, Daniele, was a lifesaver, helping us secure last-minute restaurant reservations and transportation. The spacious room was a perfect retreat after exploring Rome with our grown-up kids.

Had an amazing time with my family in a lovely Grand Deluxe Double Room! We totally enjoyed relaxing at the spa and taking advantage of the jacuzzi after a long day of sightseeing. 🍹

The Grand Deluxe Double Room was pretty spacious and had a cozy vibe, which was nice. It had great views of Rome, though our first room had some issues. We were moved to another room, which felt more upscale and lovely. The decor had that classic Italian charm—definitely gave it a romantic feel. Some details, like the turndown service, were thoughtful touches. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

the location of hassler roma is incredible, right by the spanish steps. the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the concierge, making sure our every need was met. we enjoyed the spa services which were wonderfully restorative after a long day out.

Wow, the views were insane! Our room had a glimpse of all of Rome that left us speechless. The staff were super nice and made us feel right at home. The breakfast in the lounge area was fab, but the bathroom could've been a bit louder in terms of natural lighting.
